As a museum director and curator of seventeen years and a high-end designer boutique owner for seven, I have been surrounded by art and artists in all mediums, genres, and forms. I have loved art forever but never put a thought into trying it from the other side of the aisle. Two and a half years ago I picked up my first paintbrush and that is when my adventure began. I immediately sold my successful business and opened a small art studio in Fort Lauderdale in the span of a few weeks and I have never looked back. I now create because I must. The need is greater than me. And my focus has never been stronger.
