Instructor Bio

Veronica Fazzio is a contemporary interdisciplinary artist, researcher, and social sculpture practitioner; whose mediums include sculpture, textiles, photography, and video.

Veronica’s work focuses on transformation, philosophy, and gender entangled with autobiographical memories.
Her primary interest is to facilitate Social Sculpture’s situations by exploring memory and emotions from different groups of transgenerational subjects. There, the viewer participates in a “controlled vs uncontrolled” situation, to create a space in which all participants experience and contribute to the creation of the artwork.

Her work has exhibited in Argentina, Italy, Norway, the United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico, and the United States.
She has a Master’s degree in fine arts from AI Miami International University of Art and Design. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Creative Practice at Plymouth University, UK.
