MOVE Dance Fitness is designed for adults who want to shake up their existing workout program with something new, exciting and fun. A series of short dance routines ranging from Latin to Jazz, Sinatra to Lady Gaga and everything in between is designed to engage your entire body and soul.

Jane has over 25 years of experience as a dancer, performer, choreographer, and teacher. She leverages this experience to create a fun and active way to move your body and stay in great shape.
