Creating for Compassion (C4C) is a Capstone project for burnout understanding and prevention techniques. C4C leads participants into a journey of self-discovery, focusing on compassion for better living. Using the strengths of multiple art disciplines, C4C helps individuals realize the components of compassionate living and their benefits.
• Art activities will include collage, fine-art reflection, poetry, writing, and theatre and improvisation exercises.
• Outcomes consist of a clear understanding of burnout, compassion, and skills that can help prevent and mitigate the suffering resulting from burnout.
• Hour-and-a-half sessions run for four weeks each Tuesday from February 23 – March 16
