Having spent over 25 years as a dancer, teacher, performer and choreographer, my best moments have been when that 4-year-old or that 84-year-young realizes that they can dance and it’s really a lot of fun! Using this experience, I developed MOVE DANCE FITNESS for the beginner or the seasoned dancer that wants to shake up their workout routine in a fun and active way. Please join us! In Move Dance, you will learn a series of short dance routines ranging from Latin to Jazz; music by Sinatra and Lady Gaga and everything in between. Classes meet every Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-10am.
In Focused Dance, you will have the opportunity to learn and explore new dance moves in a traditional dance class format. Classes meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 9:00-10:30 am
All classes are $10 per class.
Bring a water bottle, wear cool, comfortable workout clothes.
