Please be advised we have reached full capacity and are no longer accepting entries for Art and Handmade Craft Vendors for the Great American Beach Party.

Hosted by the City of Fort Lauderdale, the Great American Beach Party features a full day of exciting activities and entertainment for the entire family on Saturday, May 29th beginning at 11 am and running until 6:30 pm on the beach at the new Las Olas Oceanside Park.

Space Specification:
10’x10’ space
Artists are required set up & provide their own:
• Tents
• Tables
• Chairs

Artist Requirements:
Booth must be occupied at all times. Vendors are expected to set up between 8am and 11am. All Vendors must break down at 6:30 pm. Vendors may not break down earlier than specified time. Vendors are solely responsible for any/all items displayed in space.

Artists may share a space, limit 2 per space. Artwork & Handmade Crafts must be approved in advance. Please submit two jpeg images and a brief description of your artwork for each artist planning to vend.

Art to be Accepted:
Handmade pieces of any type are acceptable, including, but not limited to drawing, photography, small sculptures, hand-blended spices, wearable art, jewelry designers, caricaturist, and more. *Only handmade art and products will be considered for acceptance. No resale items permitted; only original pieces created by the artist.

Set up:
Artist areas must be set up by 11am. Set up may begin as early as 8 am.

Check in:
A check-in tent will be located on site. ArtServe event coordinators will be standing by to offer direction to your assigned space and answer questions. Spaces will be assigned on a 1st come basis on the day of event – so set up early for the best location!

Breakdown:
Artists are required to keep their space open until 6:30pm. Break down may begin at 6:30 pm.

Access & Parking:
Artists will be directed to a designated area to unload. After unloading, artists are required to move vehicles to designated parking at the base of the bridge.

Fees & Deadline for space request:
$100 standard fee until May 24 at 12:00 pm.
We accept cash and credit cards. If paying with check make it payable to ArtServe, Inc. Payment is due within 5 days of participation acceptance. Fee is non-refundable.

Reserving Space:
After being accepted, participants will be notified & required to complete the attached agreement and forward to ArtServe with full non-refundable payment. Space will be assigned in numerical sequence beginning at the north end of the festival area. Artists may not select space.

Sale of Work:
Artist is responsible for any and all sales.
