Backstory Writing Workshops

Whether you are a beginning writer, or want to polish
your work and
get some guidance before an agent sees it,
Backstory Writing Workshops can help.

Class Description

Workshops are structured for beginners who don’t know where to start, as well as advanced writers who need professional guidance on submitting to
agents or self-publishing. We also have expertise in author branding, author website development and book marketing.

Even if you just need a motivating kick in the pants! — we are here to help. Sometimes all it takes is being in a room with other writers—that’s why we
founded Backstory Writing Workshops.

Our workshops and expertise are geared toward the following genres:

– short stories
– memoir and the personal essay
– the novel
– screenwriting

Workshops currently meet once a month on Saturdays. See the ArtServe calendar or visit www.tinakoenig.com/backstory for the full schedule of workshops.
If you wish to join a critique group or need book coaching, please call or email Tina.
