OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE WITH IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY
ArtServe, Inc. is now leasing office cubicles and suites starting at $130.00 per month. In order to qualify you must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with an arts or cultural related program. There are many benefits to becoming a resident member such as:
DSL service: $30 per month
Access to copy, fax and postage service onsite
Support and networking with other resident member non-profit organizations
Free parking
Meeting rooms and a multi-purpose auditorium
Secured access to offices

ArtServe's 20,000 square foot facility offers a central and convenient location with free parking in Fort Lauderdale. Each year more than 1,000 events occur at ArtServe, including:

- Board Meetings
- Fundraisers
- Conferences
- Workshops
- Receptions
- Gallery exhibit space (must be a cultural non-profit organization to qualify for consideration)
- Social events
- Classes
- And more!
ArtServe presents 10 exhibits per year in our JM Family Enterprises gallery, where local artists display and sell their works. ArtServe houses the Bienes Business Center for the Arts, dance studio and multi-purpose auditorium that can accommodate large performances, workshops and receptions. Equipped conference rooms, office suites, copy center, kitchen and post office complete the complex.
